About Alanna

I am a psychologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who specializes in working with infants, children, adolescents, and their families. I provide comprehensive evaluations and behavioral therapy for infants and young children in English and Spanish. My skillset serves neurodivergent individuals including those with autism, attention challenges, intellectual differences, and developmental delays.

More About Me

I provide evaluations for children with mental health and behavioral concerns, including anxiety and depression, conduct disorders, as well as trauma and stressor-related disorders.

I also provide behavioral therapy for neurodiverse children. I offer these services in both English and Spanish. With an approach that involves both behavior analytic and positive psychological perspectives, my goals as a clinician include promoting early detection and accessibility of services through comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment.

Therapeutic approach

Alanna’s therapeutic approach is a thoughtful integration of behavior analytic and positive psychological perspectives. By combining these frameworks, she provides a balanced path to growth that focuses on both functional behavior and emotional well-being. She is deeply committed to evidence-based treatment, ensuring that every intervention is supported by clinical research and tailored to the individual needs of the child.

A central pillar of her practice is the promotion of early detection and the removal of barriers to care. Alanna emphasizes the importance of comprehensive evaluations as a starting point for effective treatment, believing that early intervention is key to long-term success. Her bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish further her mission of making mental health services accessible to a diverse community of families.
