About Linda

I believe meaningful change begins when people feel safe, understood, and accepted. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I work with families and adolescents coping with mood swings, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD-related symptoms, self-esteem issues, peer difficulties, and identity development. I also work with couples, transitional-age youth (20-somethings), and adult women moving through difficult transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and questions about identity and purpose.

More About Me

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy principles.

I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute in Los Angeles with a professional background in public relations and marketing that deepened my appreciation for the stories people carry. As a wife, mother, and clinician, I bring professional knowledge and lived experience into my work and help individuals discover and build upon the strengths they already possess for growth and change.
